Cancellations are to be advised in writing by mail, fax or E-mail. Cancellations received 14 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded in full, less $50.00 administration fee. For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to date of stay, deposit payments will not be refunded.
In the highly unlikely event of a problem arising after arrival, our liability to you, if any, is limited. Therefore depending on the circumstances we reserve our rights to a non-refundable balance.
