an average daytime temperature of 26 to 28oC.

The Low SeasonTake
advantage of our special low season rates during January 3 to
June 25 2008, November 1 to December 23 2008 and January 3 to
March 31 2009. Escape the crowds and discover the finest that
Port Douglas has to offer during these quieter months.

InformationNote that all
of our rates include a self-serve, light continental breakfast
at our poolside cafe.
One additional person can be
accommodated in each unit for the following minimal charge:
- Adult - $22.00 per person per night on rollaway
- Child - Aged 3-14 - $11.00 per person per night
- Child - Aged 0-3 - Free
- Cot hire - $11.00 per night
- High chair hire - $5.50 per night
Our Cancellation
Policy
Cancellations are to be advised in writing by mail, fax or E-mail.
Cancellations received 14 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded
in full, less $50.00 administration fee. For cancellations received less
than 14 days prior to date of stay, deposit payments will not be refunded.
In the highly unlikely event of a problem arising after arrival, our
liability to you, if any, is limited. Therefore depending on the
circumstances we reserve our rights to a non-refundable balance.
